Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using TemplateStore. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About Us
TemplateStore ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Mextrosoft Software Solutions, a software company based in Sri Lanka.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use TemplateStore you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at templatestoreweb@gmail.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our discretion, including if we have reason to believe that information provided is inaccurate or that these Terms have been violated.
3. Subscription Plans & Payments
3.1 Plans
TemplateStore offers a free tier with limited access and a paid monthly subscription plan ("Pro"). The Pro plan grants access to premium templates, additional downloads, and priority features as described on the pricing page.
3.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis via our payment processor, PayPal. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on each monthly renewal date. All prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Cancellation & Refunds
You may request cancellation of your subscription by contacting us at templatestoreweb@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period — your access to Pro features will remain active until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.
Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of a charge if you have not downloaded any paid templates during that billing period. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
4. Intellectual Property & Licence
4.1 Templates
Each template available on TemplateStore is subject to its own licence terms displayed on the template detail page. Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- Download and use the template for personal or commercial projects.
- Modify the template to suit your project's requirements.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share template files with third parties.
- Upload template files to other marketplaces, repositories, or file-sharing services.
- Claim original authorship of an unmodified template.
4.2 Platform Content
All other content on TemplateStore — including logos, interface design, copy, and software code — is the exclusive property of Mextrosoft Software Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use such content without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TemplateStore to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means without our prior written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service to create products or services that directly compete with TemplateStore.
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any defects will be corrected; or (c) templates will meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mextrosoft Software Solutions and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mextrosoft Software Solutions and its team from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
