- Purchase inquiries: if you use "Contact to Buy" on a PRO template, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and any message you send, so we can follow up about the purchase.
- Communications: messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or support channels.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, templates viewed or downloaded, session duration, and in-app actions.
- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access timestamps.
- Cookies: session cookies required for authentication and security.
2.3 Payment Information
We do not process or store any payment or card information on this website. If you purchase a PRO template, payment is arranged directly with us outside this site (e.g. via bank transfer or another method we agree with you), and is never entered into TemplateStore.

4. Sharing Your Data

4.1 Service Providers
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Gmail (Google) — transactional and support email delivery via templatestoreweb@gmail.com. Emails are subject to Google's privacy policy.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your data if required by Sri Lankan law, a court order, or a government authority, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter:
- Account data: retained for the duration of your account plus 1 year after closure.
- Purchase inquiries: retained until the inquiry is resolved, plus a reasonable period for our records, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Log data: retained for up to 6 months.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
6. Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies: required for login sessions and CSRF security protection. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
- Analytics cookies: optional, used to understand how users interact with the Service. You can opt out by adjusting your browser settings.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
